Mantra owns an ancestral property in suburbs. To repay the debts, she wants to sell it off but the residence is branded as ‘haunted house’ and all the prospective buyers flee as they hear this. Finally, a professor comes forward to buy that bungalow on one condition that Mantra should get people to stay in it for three months.Meanwhile, a henchman of ‘settlement’ don (Shivaji) offers to stay in the house along with his friends. But the story has not ended. Soon many twists follow.
